1. Brush for 2 minutes at least twice a day using fluoride toothpaste.
2. Floss daily as soon as two teeth touch.
3. Limit sugary foods & avoid sugary drinks in bottles and sippy cups.
4. Start seeing us by age one and keep your regular dental visits every 6 months.
