Below are our updated protocols and reminders for which we appreciate your continued assistance.
1. IF YOU ARE SICK OR RUNNING A FEVER, PLEASE RESCHEDULE your pet’s appointment or send someone else in your place.
2. MASKS ARE REQUIRED inside our building and exam rooms.
3. ONE HUMAN PER EXAM ROOM appointment is our limit.
4. CALL OR TEXT us when you arrive instead of entering the building.

5. Please remain in your car and do not enter the building until we let you know an exam room is ready. We must restrict number of people in our building, so we really appreciate your help with this!
6. Dogs must be on a secure leash.
7. Cats must be in carriers.
8. Clients will be checked in and out in the exam room and not permitted to congregate in the Reception area.
9. A car-side appointment will be offered to any client who cannot wear masks due to any of the FIFTEEN exceptions the County laid out (Ordinance 20-14, https://covid19.pinellascounty.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/Adopted-ORD-20-14.pdf).
10. As a reminder, car-side appointments operate like this:
a. Be sure to have dog(s) on a secure leash for your appointment.

With the recent City of St. Petersburg and Pinellas County ordinances regarding COVID-19, we have revised out procedures as follows for our clients:
1. First and foremost, if you are sick or running a fever, please reschedule your pet’s appointment or send someone else in your place.
2. When you arrive, please remain in your car and call us (727-521-3518) to let us know you are here. We need to be sure there is an exam room available before allowing you into the building.
3. All clients are now required to wear a mask inside the building and in exam rooms.
