Did you know ladybugs feed on numerous plant eating insects and, in doing so, are essential in preserving crops.
Just like ladybugs we all are capable of great change, no matter how insignificant we may feel.
"I was extremely pleased with my experience as a customer. The company made the situation as easy as possible for us. We would definitely use them again when we need their services." -Douglas Goodall
Thank you Douglas for these kind words! We are so happy to hear are services are helping the lives of those on the Central Coast.
Water is bug heaven!
Especially for cockroaches, water attracts bugs like bees to honey. Always be on the lookout for any water accumulation within the home.
-Don't let water accumulate under your houseplants
-Fix leaky plumbing as soon as possible
-Don't leave a pet's water out overnight
If you find water attracting unwanted guests, contact Central Coast Termite for assistance! https://bit.ly/32DevSv
It's National Peanut Day!
At Central Coast Termite, that means National Peanut BUG Day. That's right, the Fulgora laternaria is nicknamed the "Peanut Bug" for its peanut shaped head.
The Peanut Bug is a plant-hopper with an enlarged forehead that can grow up to 3 inches long! This smart little critter knows how to keep away from predators with skunk-like spray and that large head to scare off bullies.
With all these unique skills, one can only expect to get a pretty big head!
Another house saved from termites!
Thank you Vickie for the shoutout!

What stinks?!?🤢
That rotting vegetable smell might not be what you think! It might be stink bugs!
Your home can become a stink bug habitat when they are seeking shelter as the weather starts to turn colder in the fall. They can easily make their way inside your home through small cracks and crevices.
Stink bugs will spend the cold winter months hiding behind walls, in crawlspaces and other out-of-the-way places in your home.
