At that time, I had been studying to become a Certified Hypnotherapist and practicing hypnosis for two years, I have seen some great changes in people with the facilitation of good hypnosis.
I understand why and how people develop habits, behaviors and beliefs. Habits like smoking, over eating, not exercising and becoming sedentary, even to a point of being atrophied.
