The creation and history of CENTURY 21 Marty Rodriguez is tied directly to the success of its namesake. But the incredible success of the office is also a credit to the incredible team that has been assembled over the years under her leadership.

It was in the mid-1990s that Marty Rodriguez – the number one agent in the history of the CENTURY 21 System – decided the time was right to strike out on her own. In an office that is truly a family affair from construction through operations, Marty opened the doors to Century 21 Marty Rodriguez in her home town of Glendora in 1996.

The full-service office prides itself on passion, professionalism and production. “The Team That Delivers The Dream” continues to set sales records and receive accolades thanks to the unmatched customer service they offer to their clients.

The team includes daughter Shelley, a USC Marshall School of Business graduate, at the helm as Broker and business manager; stepson Ed, III., is the sales manager. And son, Sean, is the brain behind the agency’s computer system and Internet presence. He also helped his father expand the agency’s office into an 11,000 square foot complex.

For Marty, the honors are too numerous to mention, but her experience and nearly 35 years in the business have helped her build an office that is the embodiment of personal and professional success.
