Red Arrow pointing to Aluminum gutter that melted as flames licked out of the open foyer area. Aluminum melts @ 770 Degrees Fahrenheit which means inside Temps well over 1000 Degrees. All #ChampiaHomeInspections include checking Smoke Detectors and looking for possible Egress Issues (Keyed Deadbolts on Front Door, Windows Painted Shut & Improper Electrical configurations).
