People of Casper! Due to the EXTREMELY slick and hazardous conditions that have swiftly settled upon our fine city, the Casper Police Department Patrol Division has declared a snow day. What does "snow day" mean? It means the Casper Police Department will be unable to respond to minor property damage crashes this evening, as we will be entirely tied up with serious crashes. If you find yourself in a minor crash, please exchange information and arrange a time to meet at the CPD lobby later this week if you wish to file a report on the crash. The Casper Police Department will still be responding to major crashes that involve injuries or are blocking intersections, but please be patient as there are a significant amount of crashes being handled as we speak!
