Dr. Charles Gatto is a board-certified, fellowship-trained spine surgeon who serves as both partner for The Advanced Spine Center and Chief of Spine Surgery for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Morristown, Medical Center.

Dr. Gatto earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College, a division of Union University. Through Union University, Dr. Gatto remained on to complete his residency in orthopedic spine surgery, as well as his fellowship training in spinal pathology. For Dr. Gatto's commitment to his education, Albany Medical College awarded him The Barnett Award for Excellence in Medicine & The Clark Award for Excellence in Research.

After founding The Advanced Spine Center, Dr. Gatto has been awarded numerous honors for his superior surgical skill, including achieving Castle Connolly's Top Doctor status, as well as being named one of "America's Top Physicians" by Consumers Research Council of America.

Dedicated to providing minimally invasive solutions to neck & back pain, Dr. Gatto currently delivers his services to the communities of Morristown, Sparta, Rockaway, and Bridgewater, NJ.
