Due to deteriorating conditions this morning, we have decided to close our office. We will be calling each of our scheduled patients to reschedule. Be safe. There are lots of accidents this morning in the Charleston metro area.
Day 41. Was showing a patient this morning how to do the cat camel exercises and realized 1) I need adjusted and 2) I need to work some more on my lower mid back. So today, I did a lot of cat camels and thoracic rotations. A few clam shells and side bridges. 10 minutes.
Day 40. 2 minutes leg lift. 1 minute side plank each. 100 bicycle crunches. 200 berry pickers. 20 single leg glute bridge each.
2/3 of the way to 60 days of at least 10 minutes of physical activity per day. Soon, warmer weather will be back and outdoor activities will make exercise more fun. If only it weren't for that pesky groundhog and his shadow. #5moreweeksofwinter
Day 39. 10 minutes. 50 "3 second hold" crunches. 50 "3 second hold" glute bridges. 20 "3 second hold" side crunches each.

Day 38. Went for a 15 minute hike in the woods with son and dog. I'll say it again, exercise/physical activity takes many forms. Just move!
