Today is Daniel Trout’s 27th Year Anniversary. Daniel came to work for us when he was just a little boy out of high school and he has grown up to be a great employee & father . He is our install manager and has a lot put on his plate every day , not only making sure the scheduled install’s are done correct and on time but looking ahead and managing the schedule to making sure that customers that have a system that is needing replaced quickly, also gets taken care of . He is well known throughout the years as being very strict on our installers to do the job correct. It is a very good feeling for our customer knowing the same guy that installed there unit is now back 20+ years later taking care of them again. Thank you Daniel for your dedication & Loyalty you have given to our company . He did do something against company policy a few years ago, he married our secretary Kelley. Linda & I were the only employee’s allowed to do that. But I did go ahead and approve it after he threatened to quit if he couldn’t marry her .
