For those who are sheltering-in-place or practicing social distancing, we’re here to do whatever we can in support. We will continue to work sheltering you and would like to make this tough time as easy on you as possible. It is our obligation to do what we can to make the best of this unprecedented situation, and feel that if we all find ways to give what we can, we can accomplish a great deal to lessen the impact this disease has on our community.
With that said, we have made the decision to approve the lowest financing rate we can possibly offer. During this unprecedented time, we'll be permitting 0% financing for 12 months on all roof installations. This offer will remain in effect for the next month, ending on 04/20/20.
In addition to the 0% financing, we are also offering ZERO TOUCH, Free Estimates.
Home owners can have their roofs taken care of while remaining safe inside their homes. We appreciate those that are doing their best to limit social contact and we want to support those efforts and do what we can to keep our home state as healthy as possible.
Our typical procedure for estimates is to speak with the homeowner, investigate any roof damage on the interior and exterior of the home, and to leave a physical copy of the estimate and our product offerings with them once the inspection has been completed. We realize this process is not ideal for those who are trying to limit social contact or avoiding contact with people outside of their immediate family.
For that reason we have developed a new process that makes it possible for those who are practicing social isolation to receive estimates. The ZERO TOUCH, Free Estimate process will begin by scheduling an estimate appointment. When scheduling your estimate, simply request this option. Our scheduler will notify our estimators in advance. They will show up at the scheduled time, conduct an exterior inspection, review our 'Eagle View' satellite imagery, and draw up a digital estimate. They will not look for any input from the customer or attempt to make direct contact.
If you wish to speak with the estimator while he or she is at your residence, you can do so by phone. We will provide you with the estimator’s phone number in advance of the appointment.
With this option, no contact will be necessary. All information will be shared by phone and/or through digital communication.

Before your roofing contractor arrives to fix your roof, be sure to check that your yard is as clear as possible. That is, make sure there's nothing lying around that might get in the way of work that needs to be done on your roof. This means clear any obstructions such as fragile lawn ornaments, decorations, toys, etc. out of the way. If your yard is cluttered it will only delay the completion of the work and might convince your contractor not to make another visit.
Your contractor will thank you for the consideration, and the job can be performed more smoothly.
