Dear Cheat Lake Animal Hospital Family:
During these challenging times, Cheat Lake Animal Hospital will remain OPEN to care for all of your pets. However, in light of the current COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, we are making some temporary changes to reduce risk of the virus to our clients and staff.
Our emergency service will continue to operate 24-hours per day, seven-days per week. If your pet is having any health problem that isn't an emergency, you can also call and schedule an appointment with one of our doctors as well.
We are instituting curbside service for both emergency and scheduled appointments. Please call our office at 304-594-1124 when you arrive. A technician will discuss the problem your pet is having and bring him or her into the hospital for our doctor to examine. We will communicate with you via phone to discuss diagnostic and treatment options.
As of May 4, we are resuming elective spay, neuter, and dental surgeries, in addition to medically necessary soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries.
Please rest assured that we will continue to be here for your family pets in need. If you have any questions, please call us and discuss.
Stay safe and healthy!
Thank you William for donating blood this week!
