Individual, couple or family therapy, the goal of our work together is to enhance your self-reliance, self-trust and your ability to enjoy life. This is accomplished in an atmosphere of mutual acceptance, trust and respect. I have been in private practice for 17 years, use a psycho-dynamic/cognitive behavioral approach. Utilize additional therapeutic tools (if appropriate to the client and desired by the client), such as hypnosis, EMDR, Brain Spotting and Thought Field Therapy (Energy Psychology).
