Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.
Promote unoccupied properties through various social media and marketing techniques.
Apply company leasing expectations and procedures to warmly greet prospective residents, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present the property and apartment homes in a persuasive manner, utilize feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up.
Complete all lease applications and assist in the verification of applications; notify prospective residents of results as soon as possible.
Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
Exceed resident expectations with warm, friendly and quick responsiveness to their concerns or requests for their homes or the community.
Maintain accurate resident records in accordance with company policy; update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc. on a daily basis.
