Some foods high in antioxidants include dark leafy greens, apples, blueberries, and pumpkin. Stay active! Exercising and playing is a great and fun way to maintain your lung health. Get your flu vaccine to stay healthy and avoid respiratory infections. Avoid any second-hand smoke at all times. Wear your mask whenever possible and make sure it covers both your mouth and nose!
