Frank Chmelik will teach “Due Diligence for the Evaluation and Purchase of Brownfield Sites” at the National CLE Conference® January 7-11, 2015 in Vail, Colorado. His presentation focuses on purchasing and reusing contaminated property. The National CLE Conference is hosted by the Colorado Bar Association and is in its 32nd year. The conference brings together lawyers from around the country to teach courses in eight separate practice areas and provides continuing legal education credit in all states. Frank is a member of the Environmental Law, Land Use, Energy and Litigation faculty.
