The Story
An all natural prime and choice true chophouse with other seafood and specialty entrees. Our steaks are all cooked on a wood fired grill with hickory, pecan, and cherry. All entrees come with a choice of 2 of our comfort side items, which is out of the ordinary for a steak house of this quality. We also have a great wine, beer and spirits selection with scores of 88 points or higher, done by wine spectator, wine enthusiast, whiskey advocate, and beer advocate. That is the reason for the 88 in our name. We have looked long and hard to provide you with both value and quality in everything that we serve. Featuring Chef David Kolesnik and GM Ned Nichols, who have both designed the building and menu to provide you with an experience outside the normal for Vero Beach.
