At the CHOP Shop, our focus is getting our members faster and stronger. This type of high intensity training increases strength and conditioning, but also hits those goals that people want as a by-product - the "good stuff." What good stuff you ask? How about fitting into the pants you weren't able to wear since high school? How about being able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded? What about lowering your cholesterol/blood pressure/triglycerides, etc.? All the things that you would like to achieve physically will be attained by workouts that challenge your perceptions. This is how we run the CHOP Shop. We are a community of people who don't take the easy route. We train hard in order to enjoy a better quality of life. Notice we mentioned the word "community." We say that because at the CHOP Shop, you make friends and form teammates that enjoy training hard just like you.
