Chris' Hand Crafted Solid Wood Furniture is a family owned and operated business, operated online, with the intent of remaining small and delivering unbeatable customer service. I design furniture to meet your needs, and I handcraft it to last a lifetime.
The art of woodworking has been in my family for the last three generations. My Granddaddy spent his free time making layered bowls, spindle chairs, and carving American Eagles he had observed during his nature hikes. My Uncle loved crafting Shaker and Arts and Crafts desks, cabinets, and dressers. As I attempt to follow in their footsteps, my specialties are crafting household accessories like cutting boards, bowls, napkin holders as well as Shaker and Arts and Crafts style furniture.
Philosophy: There are many spaces where fine furniture or a wood accents beautify and provide personality and life to the home. Whether the need is a high back bench in the front hallway where you’d like to drop your keys, a custom cabinet for the bathroom, or an entertainment center for the family room, I can help you design and create the perfect piece to fit your home.
