Time for new headshots. Drat. But at least the location was spectacular. Check out the incredible Fedrick Harris model in the gated Sheldon Lake community of Bridgeland. I dare you to find a better closet anywhere in this price point. After so many years, it is hard for me to be impressed but boy, was I impressed.

New data for the Greater Houston Market. With a 33.8% drop in inventory from one year ago... this is interesting and is part of the reason for the significant average price increase year over year. Now, this is for all of Houston so your specific area should be drilled down to focus on the hyper local markets. Our normal seasonal cycles seem to be completely upended due to the pandemic, lower than normal inventory as well as continued historical low interest rates. This is an interesting year, to say the least.
