Christian Losito is fine cuisine - he has lived around the world preparing and serving delicious food his whole life. Before opening Christian's Macon, Chef Christian spent his childhood in Nice, France, learning the ropes at his family's restaurant. After culinary school, Christian worked with his brother, Raymond, at his restaurants in Washington, DC and Sint Maarten in the Netherlands. In 1996, Christian landed at City Club of Macon, deciding to make Georgia his home. He opened more two local restaurants eventually leading to his latest fine dining masterpiece, Christian's Fine Cuisine on Bass Road. Each dining experience is designed with attention to detail and Chef Christian's warm and friendly demeanor creates the feeling of being an old family friend. Macon is fortunate to have such a great culinary talent right here in our hometown! Our first wine pairing dinner is scheduled for Wednesday November 20 and will start at 6:30 PM.
It will be a five course dinner served at the table. Each course has been professionally paired with the appropriate wine.
This event is limited to 12 people only so call to make your reservation and reserve your seat at the table.
The price is $100 per person and includes your dinner, wines , tax and gratuity. Reservation must be secured with credit card deposit .
