Christina Schilero, DPM, AACFAS, is a second-generation podiatrist who’s honored to serve her home community of West Palm Beach, Florida. Dr. Schilero provides individualized foot and ankle care for patients of all ages at Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute.
Dr. Schilero completed her bachelor’s degree in health administration at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, before earning her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University in Cleveland, Ohio. She went on to finish her residency in foot and ankle surgery with reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery at West Houston Medical Center in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Schilero joined the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute in 2016, where she completed a one-year advanced orthopedic surgery fellowship in limb deformity correction.
Growing up in West Palm Beach, Dr. Schilero developed a passion for podiatry by watching her father, Dr. John Schilero, at work in the field. At Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute, she provides innovative treatments for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, including Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and bunions. Dr. Schilero is board-qualified in foot surgery and rearfoot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
