Because we believe the presence of family is integral in the healing process, effective Wednesday, September 23, 2020, we have updated our visitation restrictions to allow one visitor at a time in most inpatient areas. We believe this change is possible at this time as COVID-19 care volumes decrease and in keeping with the latest government guidelines. The health and safety of our patients, visitors, staff and community remains a top priority. As the pandemic evolves, we will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our practices to ensure a safe, healing environment of care.

The CHRISTUS Outpatient Neuro Therapy team is super excited to be part of Joelia's healing journey.
In physical therapy, the focus is balance, distance and safety while walking from place to place. In occupational therapy, Joelia is working on map orientation and travel directions to improve her cognition and problem solving skills. In speech therapy, Joelia is working on her money management skills.
CHRISTUS Outpatient Neuro Therapy assists patients with physical, occupational and speech therapy rehabilitating from stroke, brain trauma, progressive neurological diseases, and other brain or spinal cord illness or injury.
