Hello dear neighbors! It is Meet the Staff Tuesday again! This week meet one of our cooks, Ms. Taylor Zubriski.
Taylor was born and raised in Georgia and is a local to Johns Creek. Mother to two lovely children who are 2 and 13 years old!
In 2012, Taylor attended Le Cordon Bleu college and after receiving her degree in Culinary Arts she worked at a few food establishments that gave her an excellent eye for creating beautiful dishes. This is a skill that we take advantage of here at Cibo and Vino, as she plates a lot of the good-looking food that you see in our cold case. After working at Marlow’s, Milton’s Cuisine and several catering companies, Taylor joined us at Cibo and Vino in the midst of the pandemic. So far we've learned that she is a gorgeous, funny, great co-worker, witty, and fantastic cook. Some of Taylor’s hobbies include kayaking and hiking – one can say she likes adventures!
