Dr. Cindy Nguyen is a primary care physician who practices in Westwood. She is interested in chronic disease management and preventive medicine, and works with her patients to achieve good health and prevent disease.
Dr. Nguyen received her medical degree and completed her internal medicine residency training at UCLA. She earned her of Bachelor of Arts degree in cell biology from UC Berkeley, and spent a few years conducting basic and translational research at UCSF before starting medical school.
In addition to her work with patients, Dr. Nguyen is interested in medical education. She completed a Medical Education Pathway as part of her residency training, and currently teaches medical students and residents as a clinical instructor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
When she’s not working, Dr. Nguyen enjoys rock climbing, yoga, hiking, and trying out new cuisines at home and in restaurants.
