I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I earned my Master of Science in Marital and Family Therapy (MSMFT) from The Family Institute at Northwestern University, and my Bachelors (B.A) from Sarah Lawrence College. I’m a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I utilize a systemic, integrative, problem centered perspective that draws upon a variety of approaches including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Positive Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Integrative Problem-Centered Metaframeworks (IPCM). I have had additional training at the Center for Contextual Change and the International Association of Trauma Professionals. In addition to my clinical training, I bring over 20 years of Zen practice to my understanding of Mindfulness. For more information please contact me.
