John says he is most proud of his military service because it pushed him to follow his dreams of being an actor! In 2014 he started he Bronx intergenerational assembly with his sister! On October 8th, our Kingsbridge staff was raising awareness for finding a cure for Breast Cancer! We asked staff members and residents to wear pink in honor of someone who is fighting, has fought, or has been affected by breast cancer! We also educated our residents on the importance of screening and getting tested.
