Previously, Adam served as president of Healthnetwork Foundation for a decade, providing facilitated access into top hospitals for high net-worth families worldwide. Additionally, he led a fast-growth business which reached #10 on Cleveland’s Weatherhead 100 list.

By being open and honest we can identify our blindspots and better serve your audience. When it comes to identifying areas of improvement it's good to ask feedback from your audience. This level of transparency also signals to your audience that their needs are actually being addressed and will improve your ability to continue to provide a high quality and consistent service/ product.
There's good news!
Once you identify your areas of improvement you can set out to improve and strengthen them. This is a process I like to perform yearly. It allows Citrus to appraise our internal level of improvement. We are constantly striving to provide our partners with best services and practices. To do that we must be open to praise as well as criticism.
