The story of this dish started when we first opened our doors in Hunts Point on January 2016, a little over 5 years ago. We noticed our guests wanted something more than a plain tamal 🫔, tamales 🫔 🫔. In México 🇲🇽, we mostly eat tamales just plain, like an energy bar. However, here in NYC our guests were asking for something more, so we used some of the ingredients we had and presented this to our guests. Ever since then, loaded tamales are our best seller Tamal platter.

The story of this dish started when we first opened our doors in Hunts Point on January 2016, a little over 5 years ago. We noticed our guests wanted something more than a plain tamal 🫔, tamales 🫔 🫔. In México 🇲🇽, we mostly eat tamales just plain, like an energy bar. However, here in NYC our guests were asking for something more, so we used some of the ingredients we had and presented this to our guests. Ever since then, loaded tamales are our best seller Tamal platter.
