Tatiana Tint, a local #Chicago florist, has partnered with Holocaust Community Services at CJE SeniorLife to deliver birthday bouquets to survivors who are turning 100 years or older. She has already created and delivered beautiful flower arrangements to our survivors, bringing them joy and ensuring that they feel remembered. One survivor’s close friend stated: “Just a quick note to thank you for the stunning flower arrangement that arrived Saturday. We took it to her building for delivery. She thought it was the most beautiful arrangement she’s ever seen and everyone who saw it agreed. She was thrilled to receive it.” HCS is grateful and excited for our new program and partnership with Tatiana Tint of Flowers Art Antiques Inc., and to continue to recognize our amazing survivors in new and special ways.

Residents in CJE's various senior living communities recently received beautiful homemade holiday greeting cards donated by several groups: JUF Womens Division, Lyric Opera Stage Artists, and Lubavitch Chabad of Skokie. Holiday treat bags assembled and distributed by CJE staff also included more than 100 x $10 assorted gift cards to local grocery and drug stores, etc. donated by Chavurot Hadassah as well as gift cards donated by Evergreen Real Estate Group.
