We understand it is hot and humid, but if the weather is unfavorable, can not open it. Please understand we have no control over the weather. Front Desk Auditor/Front Desk Representative. FULL TIME. Checking In and Checking out guests. Answering calls at the front desk. Making Reservations. Auditor-Close outs for the day. Must be a multi-tasker. Second and Third shifts needed. Basic Computer skills are needed. Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays.
Desk Agents will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel. Assist guests with immediate needs. Answer phones/making reservations. Looking for various shifts including night time auditor. Shifts are in 8 hour increments. Must be able to adhere to all CDC guidelines.

Looking for a Local Brewery to partner with our hotel and open beer garden
Manage guest services. Answer calls. Make reservations. Check in/check out guests. Handle guests' complaints. Close out systems from the current business day to the next. Balance out accounts. Observe and watch over the hotel for security safety. Must be independent and responsible to work in a busy situations. Have a strong communication with guests and co-workers. Assist guests with their needs. Shifts may include 7 a.m. -3 p.m., 3 p.m. -11 p.m. or 11 p.m.- 7 a.m.
