Lubbock, as of September 1, 2019 it is against the law for a contractor to rebate, absorb, refund or kick back insurance Deductibles. Be wary Lubbock residents, there are companies in our city already that are about to be prosecuted by the state. And if you have done business with them you might be brought in also. If they file an invoice to your insurance company stating the price including your deductible, and they have not collected your deductible, they are committing insurance FRAUD . And if you are aware of It, you are liable also if you agree to such a deal. There are plenty of respectable and creditable roofing contractors in Lubbock to take care of your needs. It might take a little time butyou have up to a year to file your claim and then up to a year to get the work done with most insurance companies.
