A Message to our customers: “Pay What You Can”
We know that some of you are reducing staff, changing business models or even shutting down during this crisis and we want you to know that we are in this with you, all the way. We too have felt these pains in many of the same ways and we are doing whatever we can to help.
As of today, we will be implementing a temporary program that will allow you to simply “pay what you can”, and if you can’t pay we just want you to know that we completely understand. You will be getting a more detailed communication this week, via email or mail, along with your next invoice that will allow you to pay whatever amount you can afford right now. Along with that, you will also have the option for keeping the balance you cannot pay on your account for future payment when times get better, or you can have us credit what you can’t pay back to your account to keep you at a zero balance, no strings attached.
We know times are tough and we sincerely hope that these temporary measures help you all in this great time of need.
