They were efficient, quick, and thorough. The testers they use (for water and moisture) were really cool. They could tell me the time the fans and drying systems would need to run to dry out the walls and floor. They had electrostatic sprayers that sprayed chemicals to kill mold (and tons of other nasty stuff), but watching it stick to EVERYTHING was really cool. I will use them every time!"
