I perform every Home Inspection in accordance with the STANDARDS OF PRACTICE of the International Association Of Certified Home Inspectors which is posted at https://www.nachi.org. My certification number is: NACHI105070580.

The PDF narrative report with photos is ((emailed to Client and Agent on the same day of the inspection)), which is very detailed and thorough, easy to read and understand, and includes numerous items and descriptions most other inspectors don't include in their reports.
