The timing was impecable, because somehow it all came together at the perfect time to make the people living near the intersection of 10th Street and 1st Avenue in Anacortes,Wa. understand that they live in a wonderful place, that everybody has a story, and that none of us are as alone as we may believe.

Today, as part of #CougarPrideFriday, we announce a fantastic partnership and gift from Cliff Thorn Construction and several local companies, who are providing an upgrade and expansion to the WSU Tri-Cities Veterans Memorial on campus.

CTC is honored to be a volunteer as the General Contractor for the WSU Tri-Cities ‘Stories’ Veterans Memorial project. This memorial will have a total of 7 flags. Six 20’ poles will represent the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force & Coast Gaurd. The United States Of America flag will be raised on the 25’ pole. If you have never been on the WSU Tri-Cities campus, I encourage you to check out their beautiful campus and view of the river!
