Guardian Angel’s Club GA Wellness Center of Elk River, MN is designed with aging adults in mind! Geared towards adults 50+, Club GA has specialized exercise equipment designed specifically for aging adults and uses smart card technology to make your exercising routine a breeze. A membership to GA includes: personalized ongoing exercise guidance, HUR® strength training equipment, cardiovascular equipment, free weights, resistant bands, balance balls, and so much more!
We also offer classes in yoga, Tai Chi, Circuit training, custom boot camps, stability for balance, SilverSneakers®, as well as a walking club. Our new member orientation and program development session will get you on the right track for your quality of life goals.
