Making our at home workouts as effective as possible. Here is a simple warm up to follow along with to increase mobility, core activation, and neuromuscular efficiency during your workout. 😊
Starting on the ground:
10 open books each side
10 floor slides
30 sec each side pigeon stretch
10 elbow to instep each side
10 90/90 hip openers each side
Breathing!!
5 deep breaths (in nose/out mouth) on your back w/feet up knees bent
10 scapular push ups (DONT bend your elbows)
10 inch worms
10 dead bugs each side
Fire up your nervous system!
