Reiki is for those days when you’re beating yourself up and it seems like nothing you do is good enough or right. For many of us, beating ourselves up is just an every day occurrence and we’ve come to accept it as the status quo. Sometimes we call it anxiety, ocd or just New York living. But these labels could be keeping us from realizing that we have an amazing power... The power to choose our thoughts and by way of this, choose our feelings. I repeat: We are capable of choosing our thoughts! We get to say: “enough is enough evil brain computer! I’m not going to listen to this bullshit anymore about how I’m not thin enough, calm enough, cool enough, quiet enough!” The worst part is that when in this space ourselves we often project this onto others and find it particularly hard to be kind. Stop the cycle, take your power back! It’s not an instant process but it’s worth it! Give yourself the gift of starting that journey today! See you at 7!
