These last few months have been a whirlwind for our small team. Even before we reopened in mid-June we began training our staff on the most strict protocols, working with government officials, ordering PPE, applying for various certifications, reorganizing common areas, refining our signature amenities to be safer, and helping hundreds of guests reimagine and replan their canceled stays.
