Earlier this week we wrote to remind you of our current COVID protocols. After discussing it over with our team we have decided to err on the side of caution and resume full curbside service starting Monday, November 23rd. These new protocols will help ensure that we can continue to provide our high standard of care for your cats while also keeping our staff and clients safe. Please see below for the new protocols which you can also find in more detail on our website here: https://www.coastalcatclinicpacifica.com/covid-19.
Now that we’re moving back to full curbside service and not allowing clients into the building we will likely be even busier than before. While we will continue to do our best to serve all of our patients there will be times that we’re at max capacity and we will need to refer you to an emergency clinic. We are also booking wellness exams out about 4 to 6 weeks so that we have enough appointments available to see as many sick cats as possible.
