• Proper telephone etiquette
• Willingness to perform at 100% even in menial or repetitive tasks
• Ability to analyze and solve problems in high pressure situations
• Skilled in learning new software and/or programs
• Comfortable using Point of Sale system
• Maintain security of all cash transactions and private customer information
• Protect all company assets
• Receive and display merchandise (including loading and unloading trucks/vehicles)
• Skilled in the ability to up sell/market merchandise
• Ability to process balloon orders
• Work safely
• Adhere to and uphold all policies and procedures
Additional Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Gift Wrapping
• General math skills including counting money
• Graphic Design Skills
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Publisher

• Willingness to learn new things and take on additional responsibilities
• Must be able to lift at least 50- 75lbs
