Every year Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants releases our much-anticipated Culinary & Cocktail Trend Forecast. It wasn’t exactly business as usual this year, so we did things a little differently. This year’s report not only predicts what’s next in food and beverage, but reflects on the unexpected trends we’ve seen this past year. One of our favorite trends to look back on? This week we celebrated National Margarita Day and kept the party going at our sister restaurant Heaton's Vero Beach with Taco Tuesday $5 margs.
Our Lead Mixologist Jacob led us through the perfect at-home margarita. Cheers everyone!
