WARNING! There is a company calling business numbers with a recording stating that "you have not claimed your local GooglePlus business page". This is just a scam to try to generate leads for a company called Getting Visible. The call is a prerecorded message that asks you to answer a bunch of questions that they use to "pre-qualify" you so they can sell you SEO Services. They are using "scare tactics" and suckering a LOT of people by representing that they personally represent Google Plus (anyone can say they help you with Google Plus listings - as do I).
Consider adopting this for your own marketing strategy to help retain ownership of your clients...
