This is a friendly reminder, that if you have any available insurance benefits or flexible spending balances left for this calendar year, now is the time to schedule an appointment with Dr. Larson before the year slips away. As you probably already know, your benefits do not roll over into the new year. If you are aware of your dental needs now, the cost of treatment can be determined in preparation for funding your flexible accounts or picking an employer sponsored insurance plan for the next benefit year. Please contact Lorrie at our front office at 208-664-9129, and she will be happy to help you with any questions you may have. We appreciate your trust and confidence with us for your dental care. We encourage you to let your friends, family and coworkers know about our office as well. We are always accepting new patients and would love to reward you with a small token of our appreciation when referring.

To our Coeur d’Alene Family Dentistry Patient Family, We want to share what Coeur d’Alene Family Dentistry is doing in response to the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak. We are committed to our amazing patient’s health and safety. As such we are closely monitoring the development of this outbreak. The health and safety of our patients, team members, and community is our #1 priority. Please be assured we are closely monitoring developments and implementing several safety precautions. We will remain open and take care of our patients as usual. As always, we will follow all OSHA guidelines for infection control. In addition, we use additional steps to monitor our sterilization methods. The office will be following the CDC’s recommendations as we learn more about this virus. We have increased our disinfection protocol, and our deep cleaning schedule. In addition we have asked our team members to refrain from handshaking during this time. Please do not view it that we are not happy to see your smiling faces, you are what makes coming to work worth it. We ask you to please reschedule your appointment if you feel ill, have experienced a fever in the last 24 hours, developed a cough, or feel you have been exposed to someone with these symptoms. Do this at any time prior to the appointment, without any worry of disrupting the schedule. Your health is far more important. In an attempt to minimize the number of individuals within our office, we respectfully ask that only patients with a scheduled appointment, and an accompanying adult if necessary, come to the office. At this time we are requesting that siblings, friends and guests of our patients wait in the car. We love meeting and interacting with your friends and family and hope this is a very short term request. As per CDC guidelines, it is important for you to wash your hands frequently or use hand sanitizer as needed. We have also communicated to our team that they should remain at home if they are experiencing a cough or fever. We may experience some short-staffed days in the future, and appreciate your patience during this time. We appreciate your assistance with these guidelines. As always, we want to provide you with a world class experience, the best possible dental treatment, and a safe and enjoyable visit. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Sincerely, Dr. Andrew Larson and Team https://www.coeur-d-alene-family-dentistry.net/covid-19/
