We volunteer to advocate for private property rights, a field that nobody else fight for like we do. Amid covid-19 we have missed our opportunity to show up in force in DC to protect property owners rights in our country!

While my year of presidency may be wrapping up, I will always, relentlessly, Volunteer to be a voice for the rights of not only my clients, but all property owners and Realtors!

2020 was yet AGAIN another Banner year for me (the best yet!)! My days on market is over a week less than the market average, and my list to sales price ratio is over 98%, better than that of the market average as well. None of this can be done without the amazing clients who trust me with such an important decision to buy or sell a home!
2021 will be another year of very happy clients at the closing table!!
Lets avoid living this day over and over! Shorter winter?!?!?

Fair housing and the diversity of the Real Estate industry are PASSIONS of mine. As president of my local association I created the fair housing task force, to which I am an active member. I am also on the diversity committee for the state of MN. and beyond the volunteer committee involvement I have also drafted a document that was a template our attorney used to create an addendum disclosing the risks of fair housing violations of choosing a buyer for your home based on personal information or appeals.
We can all always do better, constantly evaluating our personal and business practices, prejudices (conscious or unconscious) and improve the world we live in for all.
