Kappel & Kappel and Gateway Realty merged and acquired the Coldwell Banker Affiliation in 2013, creating a Real Estate powerhouse in Solano County.
Under its current title "Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty" the newly formed partnership now includes approximately 200 agents, seven offices and the largest market share in the area.
Prior to the merger, both companies had been in existence since 1972 and have established reputations built on "Friendship and Trust".
