George Elliot Dorin (ne Georges Zlotogorski), 84, died September 2, 2020 with family by his side in West Chester, Ohio. A WW II holocaust survivor and orphan, George was born in Paris, France and adopted by Americans, Frances and Harry Dorin, after being hidden by various foster families in France. He was naturalized as an American citizen and served as a medic in the U. S. Air Force. George graduated with a degree in Nuclear Chemistry from the University of Florida and went on to obtain a MBA from the University of Cincinnati. George was a successful businessman and entrepreneur, notably running Gedico International, Inc. in Dayton, Ohio for over 4 decades. He was a 14th degree Mason, dedicated family man, founder of The Foundation for the Blind, co-author of the book, A Hidden Child's Success Story, and proud Republican. George was preceded in death by his second wife, Marion Dorin. He is survived by his son, Michael Dorin; step-children Joanie Delph, Samanda and John Wieland, Russell Slamowitz, Randy and Karyn Slamowitz; grandchildren, Justin Delph, Sidney and Eric Gibson, Sgt. Matthew Wieland and great- grandchild, Zoey Gibson. Graveside Service will be 2:00 PM Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Beth Israel Cemetery, Hamilton. Dr. Amy Louise (Coakley) Dugan, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 7, 2020 at 10:01 PM. She was born October 18, 1965 in Hamilton, Ohio, the daughter of James and Doris (Edwards) Coakley. She earned her Ph D at theUniversity of Cincinnati and published numerous articles in the Journal of Medicine. She managed a research lab at U.C. for ten years. She was a professor at Hondros School of Nursing in Fairborn. She had a love for hiking, working out and swimming. She is survived by her husband, Dirk Daniel Dugan; son, Dirk Damien Dugan; mother, Doris (Edwards) Coakley; siblings, Jan Coakley Ponder (Glen) and their children, Dale (Lyndsay) and Denis (Hannah), Lynne Coakley Davis (Bill), Tina Coakley Rowe, her daughter Nichole Rowe (Brett Boggs), Kevin M. Coakley, Susan Coakley Campbell (Randy), cousin, Lisa Scherzinger Thomas (Mark), Bobby and Charlene Hundley and sons, Robby and Nathaniel, and granddaughter, Audrina Anne Dugan, and numerous other loving family members. She is preceded in death by her father, James Dennis Coakley, aunt and uncle, Jack and Ella Scherzinger, and cousins son Keith Scherzinger and his son Vincent Scherzinger. Visitation will be 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Thursday, August 13, 2020 at the Colligan Funeral Home. Marlene A. (Ketterer) Brown, age 84, of Hamilton, passed away Friday, October 2, 2020. She was born in Hamilton, on August 18, 1936, the daughter of the late George and Mary (Lehman) Ketterer. Marlene was Deputy Treasurer of Butler County for 30 years, retiring in 1984. She is survived by her family and friends. Preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, John R. Brown; son, Scott Cadel; brothers and sisters. Visitation will be Friday, October 9, 2020 at the Colligan Funeral Home from 9:30 AM until time of service at 10:30 AM.

Hilda Mae "Coe" Glover, age 93, of Hamilton, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020. She was a valued employee of the Pease Corporation for over 30 years. Once named " Business Woman of The Year " she is survived by her brother, Robert Glover; daughter, Katy Creasey; granddaughter, Colleen Timmers; many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at Rose Hill Burial Park.
William B. Renneker, age 92, of Hamilton, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020. Bill was a graduate of Hamilton Catholic High School and Xavier University. Sfc Renneker, U. S. Army, served His country with honor during the Korean War. He was ordained a Deacon in 1983. Bill was a lifelong member of St. Veronica Church and later at St. Julie Billiart Church. He is survived by his sister, Margie Winglewich; brother, Mark (Beatrice) Renneker; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, August and Marie Renneker and brother, Louis Renneker. Linda M (Petre) Wilke, age 71 of Hamilton, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Linda was a school bus driver for the Talawanda School District, served on the Butler County Fair Board and served as the Junior Horse Advisor. Daniel Mark Kuykendall, age 70, of Fairfield, passed away December 27, 2020. He was a 1969 graduate of Taft High School. After graduation, he entered the US Air Force and served our country with honor for 24 years. Dan attended college and received two associate degrees, a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in environmental management from the University of Findlay. He is survived by a sister, Marie (Mark) Miller, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, William A. and Mary Louise (Jackson) Kuykendall, and his twin brother, William H. Kuykendall. Services are private.

Mary Patricia (Sweeney) Osborne, age 81, of Hamilton, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Tri County Extended Care. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on April 24, 1939, the daughter of John and Hannah (Keating) Sweeney. A graduate of St. Hubert High School of Philadelphia, she enjoyed math and participating in various sports. Mary met her future husband in Times Square on December 31, 1957. On October 2, 1961, she was united in marriage to Taylor Osborne Jr. in Naples, Italy. A devout Catholic, many will remember Mary as the bookkeeper for St. Mary School and later at St. Julie Billiart Church. She is survived by her children, Mona (Tom) Mitchell and Frani (Tony) Jackson; grandchildren, Thomas Patrick Mitchell, SFC Benjamin Scott Mitchell U S Army and his wife, Denise, Alexander John Mitchell USMC Retired and his wife, Kate, Ashley Elizabeth Mitchell, Nicolette Christine (Cameron) Wellik, step grandson, Antnony James Jackson; great grandchildren, Taylor Scott Mitchell and Robert James Mitchell; siblings, Michael (Stacey) Sweeney, Veronica (the late, William) Mahoney, Winnifred (the late, Jerome) Scogna; brother-in-law, Dodge (the late, Charlotte) Osborne; sister-in-law, Karola Osborne (the late, James Lee Osborne); many nieces, nephews and her best friends, Patricia Trujillo and Georgia Pate. Clarence B. "CB" Michael, age 74, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020, at Mercy Fairfield Hospital. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 9, 1946 , to the late Clarence F. and Rosemary C. (Schopmeyer) Michael. He attended St. Veronica grade school and graduated from Hamilton Catholic High School. Sgt. Michael, US Air Force served His country with honor from August 31, 1964 to August 21, 1968. CB worked at Fisher Body for 20 years then worked as an insurance adjuster for GEICO until he retired. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus for 52 years. In retirement he enjoyed travel, bowling with the K of C Team and customizing cars. He is survived by his wife, Constance M. (Sackenheim) Michael; his daughter, Cheryl (Jim) Tolliver; son, Scott Michael; stepdaughter, Angela (Brian) Oswald; grandchildren, Amber Chappell, Cameron Chappell, Hunter Oswald, and Chase Oswald; brothers, Bill (Barb) Michael and Bob (Sue) Michael; sister, Rose Martin; several nieces, nephews, and their families. In addition to his parents, CB is preceded in death by his daughter, Carol (Michael) Williams on November 22, 2000. Visitation will be held at St. Ann Church, Wednesday, December 30, 2020, from 9:30 AM to10:30 with a K of C ceremony at 10:15 AM and Mass at 10:30 AM. MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE ATTENDING. Interment will follow at St. Stephen Cemetery with military services.
