This customer came in with a rear end impact. The vehicle needed a new rear bumper and tailgate.
The insurance company tried to only allow us to paint just those parts. Them not knowing any Matte, Frozen finish, paint needs to be properly blended to insure color match as well as sheen finish matching! At the end of the job we got the insurance company to see why these extra steps need to be taken to promise the vehicle be put back to pre loss condition! This Range Rover SVR received a full refinish with a lifetime warranty!
