Please only use one form of communication to place your request AND allow us through October 9th to get back to you.
IMPORTANT: When you call past 5pm, the message will say the Clinic is closed. PLEASE interrupt the message and dial 128 or 152 from 5-7pm on Wednesday & Thursday and it will go directly to the boo line that will be open until 7pm on Thursday, October 8th.
